Remote Access to Subscription Databases

Remote Access to Subscription Databases gives BC lawyers access to HeinOnline, Rangefindr, Emond and Irwin Law titles for free, and now it's easier to access than ever. 

Lawyers can use their Lawyer Credential to login without creating a CLBC website account. Visit Remote Access to Subscription Databases and scroll to Log in with BC Wallet to scan in and start browsing!

If you're a notary or a lawyer who doesn't have a Lawyer Credential, you can still login using your website account and get free access to Federal and Provincial Statutes, Supreme Court Decisions, English Reports, e-books, journals and more.

Emond ebooks now available in vLex!

Lawyers with a Courthouse Libraries BC account can now access Emond's Criminal and Immigration Law digital collections via our vLex subscription. (If you don’t already have an account with us, set one up for free by clicking the link below!) Emond is a Canadian legal publisher with titles targeted to a Canadian audience. 

You’ll find 18 titles covering criminal law topics such as driving, drugs, fraud, extradition, and appeals, and 5 titles covering immigration topics like refugee protection, sponsorship, and the labour market. 

Come into a courthouse library and access the collection via vLex on one of our computers, or access it off-site via our Remote Access to Subscription Databases, including BC Wallet.
