Chief Judge Gillespie has issued the following updates effective August 2, 2024.
FAM 10 Electronic Signatures on Family Forms & Orders & Filing of Orders and FAM 13 Affidavits and Exhibits for use in Family Proceedings were revised in light of the new child protection Rules for the Cowichan Tribes.
