Chief Judge Gillespie has issued the following update effective Friday, July 5, 2024.
Notice 16 (formerly NP 16) Assignment of Duties to Judicial Justices has been revised to add subsection (c) regarding hearings in respect of Treaty First Nation violation ticket offences and to change “Notice to the Profession and Public” (NP) to “Notice” to be more plain language.
