Effective November 7, 2024, Chief Judge Gillespie issued a revised Notice 33 Northern Virtual Bail Court Forensic Liaison Program (formerly Northern Virtual Bail Court (Prince George) Forensic Liaison Program). The revisions include the effective dates for expansion of the program to Prince Rupert (effective November 12, 2024), Smithers and Terrace (effective January 13, 2025), as well as updates to reflect the current processes.
