Chief Judge Gillespie has issued the following update effective Monday, March 11, 2024.
NP 21 Remote Attendance in the Provincial Court: removed “and observing” from the first page under “Notice”; replaced “observing” with “attending” in s. II.1.; and clarified s. I.1.a regarding self-represented parties, witnesses, and other court participants.
