Description of the session:
Drs. Lawrence and Morgan will provide an overview of the law governing the attribution of criminal responsibility in cases of substance-induced psychosis and substance-induced automatism. They will describe the psychiatric conditions that generally fall within each of these categories, highlighting the relationship in law between symptom and outcome in the criminal justice system.
Participants may claim up to 1.5 hours of CPD with LSBC.
