The University of British Columbia open library has provided a digital representation of The year book of British Columbia and manual of provincial information, written by BC's first Legislative Librarian and Provincial Archivist, R.E. Gosnell. This yearbook provides information regarding the constitutions of the County and Supreme Courts.
