The Ontario Board of Inquiry was renamed the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, effective November 26, 2002, by authority of the Government Efficiency Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 18, Schedule C, section 6.
The Human Rights Tribunal no longer publishes decisions on its website. The full text of Tribunal and Board decisions from January 1, 2000 to the present are available free of charge on CanLII.
