New Resource: National edition of Legal Information for Indigenous People

You may remember the Clicklaw Wikibook Legal Information for Indigenous People, created by the Bella Coola Legal Advocacy Program. They have now released a new national edition of this title, which provides a national perspective on legal topics such as:  

  • Indigenous rights and protections 

  • Civil rights and interactions with the police

  • The impact of the Indian Act on wills and estates
