Back in February, we let you know that the government is seeking feedback on several aspects of the Family Law Act to inform upcoming changes. This period of public engagement has been extended, meaning each of the surveys will be open until April 30!
All four surveys can be found on the Ministry of Attorney General’s engagement page. Please promote these surveys to your patrons; gathering as much feedback as possible on lived experiences will help ensure that the law better serves families in BC.
For more information on the work done so far and what the surveys entail, check out the Ministry’s technical paper on the engagement page or our previous blog post.
