The Foreign Money Claims Regulation, BC Reg 165/96, defines Table (in section 1) to mean "Table 60p of the International Financial Statistics, published from time to time by the International Monetary Fund (IMF)."
However, Table 60p is actually a calculation formula / line item, and not a table in itself. There is no Table 60p.
In lieu of the IMF statistics, the regulation defines (in section 1) the foreign prime rate to mean "the interest rate in effect from time to time in a country other than Canada that, is most closely analogous to the rate of interest referred to in section 7(1) of the Court Order Interest Act."
