The Vancouver International Arbitration Centre was established in 1986 and acts as a facilitator for domestic, national and international arbitrations.
Parties interested in resolving a commercial dispute by arbitration apply to the Centre to assign an arbitrator suited to the field of law in question.
Arbitration decisions are considered private information and are made available only to the parties involved. Requests for copies of decisions may be made only with the written agreement of all parties.
