The General Survey Instruction Regulation (BC Regulation 229/2001) has been repealed (see the Land Survey Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 21, s. 75). In its place, the General Survey Instruction Rules were established on April 29, 2004 by order of the Surveyor General under section 75 of the Land Surveyors Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 248.
