Final Agreement Consequential Amendments Act, 2007

The Final Agreement Consequential Amendments Act, 2007, S.B.C. 2007, c. 36 makes changes to a wide variety of acts impacting First Nations groups.  However, it was then amended substantially.  If you're looking for a section and you can't find it in the third reading bill or annual statute volume, you may want to check the following:

 

Final Agreement Consequential Amendments Act, 2007, S.B.C. 2007, c. 36:

• sections 1 to 64, 65, 66 to 69, 71 to 81, 88 to 90, 92 to 96, 97, 98, 99, 100 to 104, 105 to 120, 121 to 125, 127 to 155, 156 to 163, 164.1 to 178.3 and 179 to 182 in force April 3, 2009 (B.C. Reg. 55/2009).
• sections 64.1, 64.2, 65.1, 97.1(c), 104.1, 120.1, 155.1 and 178.4 in force April 1, 2011 (B.C. Reg. 51/2011).

Maa-nulth First Nations Final Agreement Act, S.B.C. 2007, c. 43:

• sections 19 to 29 amends the Final Agreement Consequential Amendments Act, 2007, S.B.C. 2007, c. 36, by adding new sections (ss. 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 61.1, 64.1, 64.2, 65.1, 96.1, 97, 97.1, 97.2, 97.3, 97.4, 97.5, 97.6, 97.7, 97.8, 97.9, 99.1, 99.2, 104.1, 120.1, 155.1, 178.1, 178.2, 178.3, 178.4), in force April 3, 2009 (B.C. Reg. 55/2009).

Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 2009, S.B.C. 2009, c. 19:

• section 7 amends the Final Agreements Consequential Amendments Act, 2007, S.B.C. 2007, c. 36, s. 155.1 (as enacted by s. 28 of the Maa-nulth First Nations Final Agreement Act, S.B.C. 2007, c. 43) in force April 1, 2011 (B.C. Reg. 51/2011).

Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 3), 2010, S.B.C. 2010, c. 21:

• section 14 amends the Maa-nulth First Nations Final Agreement Act, S.B.C. 2007, c. 43, by adding s. 13.1, in force April 1, 2011 (B.C. Reg. 51/2011).
