Chief Judge Gillespie has issued an update effective October 17, 2024 to Notice 28 Current Court Operations to revise the following:
- Part I to reflect the rescinding of NP 20 Affidavits for Use in Court Proceedings
- Part IV to add “remotely” to the first paragraph
- Part IV(1) “Judicial Interim Release” to clarify that counsel may sign the Application to Vary Bail by Consent Form on behalf of their accused client whether the accused is in custody or not
- Appendix A to add under “F. Criminal” a section on “remanded appearances for in custody accused”
